Inspiring people to achieve the extra ordinary, is his passion. He started his career as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps and specialized as a Mountain Leader.
During his 16 years with the corps he has taken part in several operations and has been rewarded with the Medal of Honour in silver. Starting a business career in 1998, he has worked in a variety of senior management positions (Operations Manager – Tempo Team, COO - Welzorg, Sr Partner – McKinney Rogers). In both military and business life Walter has worked at a strategic level. This was either with political and military leaders or with supervisory and executive boards.
He loves challenges that have a certain unpredictability, are highly audacious and ask for commitment; which in 2014 resulted in the nr 1 position on the overall World Wide IronMan Long Distance Rankings in the age group 50-54.
His style is energetic, straight and compassionate. In his work he profoundly enjoys the moments that people and teams surprise themselves and others in their achievements.
Saskia has over 20 years of working experience of which the last 15 years as a coach. She started her career in sales, working for an executive search company and as a sales manager in IT business solutions, before she founded TAG at the age of 32.With TAG she has worked internationally with many teams and people from different cultural backgrounds. Her style is open, honest, enthusiastic and direct.
Saskia has earned an associate in arts degree in Business Administration, while living with her family in Florida, USA; a Masters in Communication at the University of Amsterdam and earned a post graduate degree in Coaching in 2008. She has extended knowledge in the field of Voice Dialogue, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Team Dynamics, Systemic counselling and the Birkman Method and is certified as a coach in the registers of LVSC. She continuously educates herself with new knowledge on coaching and team dynamics.
Saskia loves sports (running, yoga, speedskating, mountainbiking, tennis) and being out in nature, plays the piano, is married to Walter and mother of their three children.
Erik is a father of two children and started his career as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps. At nineteen he fulfilled his first leadership position heading 35 men as a platoon commander in the artic and mountain battalion in Scotland and Norway. He is still active in the Marine Corps as a reserve Major today.
He has studied Business Administration at Nijenrode University and later completed a Master degree in International Management at the American Graduate School of International Management in the United States. After sales and sales management positions in the IT industry he was responsible as Change Agent for the turn around and culture change of Reesink NV.
Over the last 20 years Erik, as an entrepreneur, helped to built from scratch a cosmetics brand, a business with over 100 stores in 14 countries.
His value to companies has always been bringing people together and coaching them in becoming successful with their operations. Beside his own company Erik conducted projects as a strategic business consultant for various companies.
