All coaching is, is taking a player where he can't take himself.

A good coaching and supervision process is probably the most effective way to further develop the performance of teams and individuals, to make sure that they do 'the work' and make results sustainable.

Our endstate to Leadership Coaching is to increase the effectiveness of leadership talent. Coaching methodology can be used to develop the leadership skills of executives, managers, professionals, and other promising leaders at all levels. Aspect that will be part of Leadership Coaching:


  • Gaining self-understanding and insight

  • Changing specific behaviors, notably addressing derailment behaviors

  • Addressing the immediate concerns within the context of organizational issues

  • Facilitating stronger bonds with the boss, peers, directors, and others

  • Offering sounding-board opportunities 

Executive coaching typically focuses on the issues that come with managing people and teams. New skills required of managers including evaluating performance, conducting tough conversations, dealing with conflict and motivating teams aren’t necessarily skills that come naturally. 


Executive Coaching is a customized and holistic development process that provides deep behavioral insights, intended to accelerate an executive’s business results and effectiveness as a leader to his team. 


Coaching is a process that is tailored to accompany practical learning and gives direct feedback to what is observed. We very often make use of the Birkman Method® assessment, an effective tool to learn more about yourself, about your interests, motivations and what you expect from others. The value of using Birkman, compared to other assessments, is that it gives you insight into your need structure: what do you need in order to create your (working) life in such a way that you can maximize the use of your strengths. This makes it a pro-active instrument in our coaching.


Leadership coaching will initially take six individual sessions of two hours and is meant for senior leaders in business. In general a proces will contain the following steps: 


  1. The team member(s) get a link to conduct a Birkman assessment identifying their personal style, their interests, stress behaviours and needs. Taking this assessment as the basis to further develop personal effectiveness in the teams they lead and work in.

  2. After the assessment is done the individual gets a written report divided in roughly 3 parts:  (1) A relational component (2) A business component (3) A career development component. This provides the input to the personal development goal, which will be the focus of 6 one to one sessions. Examples of possible focus areas can be found below.

  3. Target group: Business leaders/executives.

  4. Outcome: Full understanding how to leverage the personal competencies.

  5. Duration: initially 4-6 months.
